We live on Sticky Toffee Lane, which we named after the famous dessert that they serve at this restaurant (sticky toffee pudding) ($$) Reservation a must. outside seating also. Awesome fish dish is Wahoo Escovitch (my fav), lots of onions on it, and a little spicy, but Fabulous. Great cabana shrimp appetizer in cream sauce! Great Mussles ! Great for lunch too.

2. Casanova's, Georgetown
Great Italian rest, Fabulous food service etc, ask for Tony or Pasquale (tell them you are friends of mine). ($) Our favorite dishes are the Filet (Yum), Veal Picatta, and the Mama Rosa (awesome ravioli) howver ALL of their food is great ! Ambience is fantastic. Open 7 nights per week, also for Lunch except Sun.

3. Sunday night suggestion: The Brasserie, Georgetown
Does an excellent special, CI$65/couple for a three course meal, & a nice bottle of wine ! We go here a lot, as we had our wedding lunch here. Presentation is excellent. Ambience is very nice too. ($$) Reg. menu also available on Sunday night. Open for lunch also.

4. Grand Ole House
Beautiful old home in south sound, made into fabulous ocean front dining establishment. Pianist who plays Mon-Sat. They have a great Rack of Lamb, here but too many good dishes to mention. Deep Fried Brie etc. Inside or outside seating. ($$$) extensive wine list. This is one of the best restaurants in Cayman. Fine dining, smart casual. Ask for Monika Sietz (an old friend of mine).

5. Neptune Restaurant, 7 mile beach road
Great Sea Bass, and awesome Seafood Curry (my fav). Close to Westin hotel. $$ Ask for Alberto or Junior. inside or outside. Very pleasant staff and owners. Also one of our favorites !

6. Thai Orchid
Although this is not on the water, it is a great restaurant. Suladda is from Thailand and is a great chef (her desserts are to die for!) also she has some pretty artwork on the walls.

One of the best Surf and Turf on Island ! Tuna sashimi appetizer is great also. Sea Bass is incredible. Live music on property. Eileen used to work here before Calypso. Ask for Marnelle !
